These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the mb8i platform, including all gaming products, financial services, and account features. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and mb8i ("mb8i", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at mb8i.app. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the mb8i platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.
If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the mb8i platform and, if registered, request account closure by contacting customer support. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
Important: These Terms and Conditions apply to all mb8i products including the Sportsbook, Casino, Live Dealer tables, Slots, and all promotional offers. Specific product rules may supplement but do not replace this Agreement.
2.1 Age Requirement. The mb8i platform is strictly accessible to persons who are 21 years of age or older. It is a violation of these Terms to register if you are under 21. mb8i will request KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification documents — including a copy of your MyKad or valid passport — before processing any withdrawal. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately and permanently closed, and any funds on the account will be returned to the original payment source.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of mb8i complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. By registering, you represent that you are permitted to engage in online gaming under the laws of your jurisdiction.
2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration. You agree to promptly update your account information if it changes. mb8i reserves the right to verify all information provided at any time.
2.4 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one active mb8i account. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or that of a third party — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mb8i login credentials, including your username, password, and any Two-Factor Authentication codes. mb8i will never ask you for your password through any communication channel. You must notify mb8i immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
3.2 Account Activity. You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted under your mb8i account, whether or not authorised by you. mb8i accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
3.3 Dormant Accounts. An account will be classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. mb8i may deduct a monthly dormancy administration fee from the remaining balance of dormant accounts following written notification to the registered email address. You may reactivate a dormant account by contacting customer support.
3.4 Account Closure. You may request closure of your mb8i account at any time by contacting customer support. Pending wagers will be settled according to the applicable game or sport rules. Any verified balance remaining after settlement will be returned to you via your preferred payment method subject to identity verification.
4.1 Supported Payment Methods. mb8i accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT TRC20. Additional methods may be added or removed at mb8i's discretion with reasonable notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer. Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be credited and will be returned to the source payment method.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. mb8i will process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of KYC approval. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method previously used for deposit on the same account wherever technically possible. mb8i reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before releasing any withdrawal.
4.4 Currency. All transactions on the mb8i platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). mb8i does not charge currency conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals made through supported MYR payment methods.
Funds held in your mb8i wallet are player funds held separately from mb8i operational accounts. They are not used for any purpose other than funding your gameplay and processing your withdrawals.
5.1 General. All bonuses and promotions offered by mb8i are subject to specific terms published at the time of each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms take precedence for the matter in question.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your mb8i account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real money. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum bet sizes during wagering are stated in the applicable promotion's terms. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements within the specified period will result in cancellation of the bonus and any winnings generated from it.
5.3 One Bonus at a Time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, a player may not hold more than one active bonus concurrently. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses may result in cancellation of all active bonuses.
5.4 Abuse Prevention. mb8i monitors bonus usage patterns. Strategies designed to exploit bonuses — including but not limited to low-variance play designed to clear wagering with minimal risk, or exploitation of promotional offer thresholds — constitute bonus abuse. mb8i reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and associated winnings where abuse is detected.
6.1 Game Integrity. All casino game outcomes on the mb8i platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and audited by accredited third-party laboratories. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles are available in the respective game information panels.
6.2 Sportsbook. All sports betting markets are governed by mb8i Sportsbook Rules, available on the platform. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement of a sports bet, the mb8i Trading Team's decision is final following review under the applicable sport-specific rules.
6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, interrupted connection, or system error during gameplay, mb8i's records of completed game rounds shall be the authoritative record for settlement purposes. mb8i will not be held liable for losses arising from connection interruptions on the player's side.
6.4 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per table, as displayed within the game interface. mb8i reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mb8i platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
All content, software, graphics, trademarks, trade names, logos, and other materials available on the mb8i platform are the exclusive intellectual property of mb8i or its licensors. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any licence or right to reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any mb8i intellectual property without prior written consent.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from any mb8i software or platform component. Scraping, data harvesting, or systematic extraction of data from the mb8i platform by automated means is strictly prohibited.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mb8i's total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the platform, or any gaming outcome shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your mb8i account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.2 mb8i shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the mb8i platform.
9.3 mb8i does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We reserve the right to suspend the platform for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons without prior notice.
Gambling Risk Notice: Gaming involves financial risk. You may lose some or all of the funds you deposit. Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose. mb8i accepts no responsibility for financial losses incurred through normal gameplay.
10.1 mb8i is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform includes a suite of self-management tools accessible via Account Settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, reality checks, temporary account suspension (cooling-off), and permanent self-exclusion.
10.2 Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, mb8i will take all reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from creating a new account or accessing existing accounts. Any remaining balance will be returned to the player following the conclusion of any relevant regulatory hold periods.
10.3 The 21+ age requirement is rigorously enforced. Players who are found to be under age 21 will have their accounts closed immediately. KYC identity documents will be requested before any withdrawal is processed.

mb8i reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, mb8i will notify registered players via the registered email address and/or by posting a notice on the platform not less than 7 calendar days before the change takes effect.
Your continued use of the mb8i platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account before the effective date of the change.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which mb8i's operating licence is issued. By using the platform, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of these Terms.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and mb8i, you agree to first contact mb8i customer support to seek resolution. mb8i will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 30 calendar days of formal notification. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, it may be escalated to the applicable licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism.
13.3 Language. These Terms and Conditions are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
